Brandon does a great job breaking down the problem. The problem is a complete lack of personal responsibility, a culture of nanny state dependents and zero enforcement of laws.

This is why the Summer Heat FBI initiative was so effective. It removed the bad actors from the streets and the streets became safer. But...some cities did not allow the FBI and NG to come in to town and perform the necessary actions to protect the law abiding citizens. That has led to higher victimization of minorities in those places. That is the end result of liberal policies.

When you have the racism of low expectations coupled with the intentional disregard for democratically created laws, the result is a marginalized and victimized minority. Do you want equality? Here is a thought: treat everyone equally. Stop coddling people because you perceive a difference based on something as superficial as skin color.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

Ya gits wut ya pays fer.

The Great Society, Affirmative Action, DEI, all failed to produce positive benefits and served to divide citizens.

Surely Barack and Michele Obama spoke out against that riot...

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

"It's just a parable about rocks and trees talking to muslims to help them kill Jews who are trying to hide. It's open to interpretation." - robobigot

These things are true.

However, the largest cultural impact missing here is no father in the home.

Statistics show, that broken homes, single mothers, are the greatest indicator of a child being involved in criminal activity and just about any other negative outcome in life from graduating high school, job, money, just about everything.

We need to stop celebrating single motherhood as if it is some form of the greatest role in a persons life. Yes, single mothers who work hard and do all they can should be thanked, but the act of being a single mother should not be. We need to celebrate marriages, families, and the presence of fathers in kids' lives.

It isn't just celebrating single moms. It's treating abortion like birth control so that sex can be consequence free, nanny state/welfare programs that make single motherhood profitable and the destigmatization of extramarital or premarital sex.

And yet...we let it happen.

Hell lots of Conservatives voted for such.

The Great Society...Pfft...

We've all been had. Now you wanna clean it up. But you can't. Its too deeply entrenched. The inevitable slow erosion of society is well nearing its apex.

There is a way to clean it up...but it would take the combined efforts of government, media and business.
