There's an interesting back story here (or so the story goes). Apparently he was a shop teacher and had been reprimanded by the school board for "toxic masculinity" immediately prior to his (POOF) "transition." 

I enjoyed watching this prank as it played out, totally over the top by any measure and it tied a progressive school board in knots for the entire duration of the charade.

Fun to watch.
