For example: Does the person have black hair, brown eyes, brown skin and speaks with a thick accent or no habla ingles? If yes, then you definitely have a red flag. You'd have to require a passport at that point, and a call into ICE wouldn't hurt either. Edited March 10 by Deluge Quote
Deluge Posted March 10 Author Report Posted March 10 Minneapolis would have to be hit hard. And there is no way in hell that a candidate should have to learn Somali to get elected - that is just insane. Quote

Since when was (valid) I.D. and proof of citizenship the same thing? There are none so blind as those that won't see, eh, comrade. This act has very little to do with legitimate voters ............ it is more a manner of tracking and disenfranchising. As mentioned previously, the Courts will increasingly decide future elections. Own the court, rule the land. Quote

The bottom line is, valid proof of citizenship is necessary to vote in federal elections. It is not an act to spite or disenfranchise any citizens and the courts will not be deciding elections. Its plain old common sense. Have a nice morning coffee and give the chickenshit a rest. It ain'-a gonna work. Edited March 11 by Nationalist Quote Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

So, if your Driver's License has a star on it, you are a citizen. If you have a passport, you are a citizen. If you have a SSN, a quick search in the federal database shows citizen or legal resident. None of this is hard. None of it is preventing legal citizens from getting registered to vote. None of it prevents legal citizens from voting. None of it adds a significant financial burden. In fact, 36 states have proof of citizenship and voter ID laws with no significant issues. There is no poll tax. There is no Jim Crowe 2.0 (we aren't democrats in the south). There is no suppression of married women (who tend to vote republican). Quote Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?
John Stone Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 A U.S. Passport (depending) costs around $130 $130 to vote? Lets call it a 'poll tax'. Quote

The idea of a quick eye test and accent/ no English test is still the best way to verify, though. Edited March 11 by Deluge Quote
