There isn't enough money on the planet to "pay back" African Americans for the injustices heaped on them in the past, and still today.

If for no other reason, restitution is impractical to impossible.

I guess we'll have to wait and see.

The african americans who suffered injustice under slavery are all dead. There's no paying them back. And the people who'd owe it to them would have been the africans who rounded them up and sold them into slavery in the first place.  They're dead too btw.

There are no 'still to this day' injustices. They are protected by many laws and have the same rights and freedoms as everyone.

LOLOL!!!!!

Man.  who says transgenderism is a mental health issue??!??!  LOL!!!

Sorry kid, anyone who would get reparations is dead, anyone who would have owed it is dead,  and the consensus is that it's wrong to mutilate children.

I get this causes you pain, but i think you need to work through that instead of having a hissy fit

Reposting the same picture repetitively on social media instead of engaging in direct communication can indicate a range of underlying mental states, often linked to emotional distress, insecurity, or a compulsion for validation. This behavior frequently acts as a, sometimes unconscious, cry for attention, a way to cope with loneliness, or a method to control a personal narrative when face-to-face communication feels too overwhelming or vulnerable.
Here is what this behavior can signify about a person’s mental state:
  • The Validation Trap & Insecurity: Compulsive reposting is often driven by a need for approval (likes, comments) to boost self-esteem. The temporary dopamine rush from validation can become addictive, creating a "15 minutes of fame" cycle that leaves the person feeling increasingly insecure and empty.
  • Avoidant Attachment & Fear of Vulnerability: Reposting a curated image instead of talking allows an individual to express emotions (such as loneliness or sadness) while maintaining a safe, "low-risk" distance, avoiding the direct vulnerability of real conversation.
  • Anxiety and Need for Control: Anxious individuals may use this pattern to manage their narrative and how others perceive them. It provides a sense of control over their social image in an otherwise chaotic environment.
  • Depression & Isolation: A "repost" behavior can be a symptom of social media addiction and poor mental health, often linked with depression, "social media fatigue," and a feeling of social isolation. It can indicate a substitution of real-life intimacy for superficial online interactions.
  • Compulsive Behavior or Mania: In some cases, constant, repetitive posting can be a sign of a manic phase for those with bipolar disorder, representing a compulsive need to fill space and share content.
    PubMed Central (PMC) (.gov) +7
Why They Do It Instead of Communicating:
  • It's a Proxy for Interaction: It is a low-effort way to get social feedback without the anxiety associated with direct social censure or complex conversation.
  • Social Media Addiction: The behavior can be a sign of a "security blanket" where the user turns to their phone instead of connecting with people, paradoxically increasing feelings of loneliness.
  • Desire for Attention: The user may be trying to establish an "aura" or create a specific image, often attempting to show a life that is more exciting or happier than the reality.
    HelpGuide.org +4
While this behavior is not exclusively "mentally ill," it is a frequent "thermometer" of a person’s mental well-being, often indicating a need to look deeper into underlying insecurities, loneliness, or anxiety.

Aww Sweetie.  Hope you feel better :)

Is reposting the same emoji's of your tongue hanging out a sign of your emotional distress, insecurity, or compulsion for validation?

It would be if that was the only thing I posted

Do you want to see what it says about guys who consistently fantasize about children's emojis having sexual connotations? :P

Awww  you still looking for validation?

Here, give me your report card, i'll put it on the fridge.  And don't worry, "d" just means you'll "Do better next time!"

(sigh, Children are such a handful)

in the meantime is still the consensus around the world that mutilating children is a bad idea and it's still true that the blacks who should pay reparations or receive reparations are both all dead. Sorry that causes you mental distress

Its scary just how many 3, 4, 5 paragraph responses I get for posting a meme.

There are some obstinately,  stup1d, crazed motherf_ckers here on this forum.

And yeah.... its scary.... and hilarious watching them implode.

I know huh? It's funny. Reminds of little kids. If you don't agree with my point of view i'll hold my breath and turn blue and explode. 🤣

Spoiler alert. My four year old never did explode, not for the lack of trying. :)

If people spend half as much worrying about themselves and a lot less worrying about other people and their personal issues the world might be a better place. Conservatives spend most of their time concerned with other people and things that frankly is none of their business. In my humble opinion.

Personal issues?

This is no longer a personal issue when you push it on children in school, push it on children through laws, demand society play along with others' delusions or fetishes, and compel women to sacrifice their personal spaces and opportunities in sports.

Are you pushing this shit on them, did you ask them what gender they are and/or did you abuse them and "assign" that at birth?

That's literally what she's doing :P   That's the funny part

With you lefties every accusation turns out to be a confession :)

But I love that you and her are both trying to present the idea that offering a reasonable and rational explanation rather than just posting a picture is a sign that somebody is less reasonable 😉😂😂😂😂😂

I guess this is how you get yourself through the night

Just a guess, but I think their point being was that arguing with s stupid person like you is a no win game.

You mean like if they didn't demand other people agree to their pronouns and the like?

Or did you mean like when teachers arrange for medical "treatment' for trans kids without letting parents know.

Or did you mean when the liberal gov't passes laws to control what people can say or do on the internet?

Or do you mean your own posts? Where all you bring to the table is hatred and vitriol of others without adding to the discussion?

So many examples, so little time.

The reality is that stupid people arguing with me is a waste of their time because they always wind up looking stupid. You know that firsthand :)

that's why people like you and them can never actually address the argument. It always comes down to nothing but ad hominems and personal insults with you guys, followed by wines and complaints about how people insult you back

Kid As I've said before if you guys were half as smart as you think you are you'd still be twice as smart as you actually are

Truth and facts. You are too dishonest, though, because you want to push this shit onto society and you can't defend it if you are honest.
