How to raise the birth rate

Disenfranchised women and restrict them from work through some pseudo religious islamic law. Subsidize a welfare system based on headcount. 
 

Orr subsidize child care where women can work and have children. Akin to the emergency medical system for ICU nurses and surgeon.
 

Both system have data to support it’s effectiveness and is therefore robo proof.

We already subsidize child care.

I hate stuff like this because you are making people who choose to have a parent stay home to be more involved in their kids lives pay for other people to have 2 working careers when those who don’t are already sacrificing to do so.

No thanks.

We also have child tax credits and a million other welfare programs focused on children.
