First, Trump is not a dictator. He is an elected official and has all but endorsed who should run to replace him. Second, he has decentralized government. Most notably advocating for Roe to be overturned and abortion to be a state issue. But also deregulation of multiple industries. Third, he has been the most race positive president of our time attracting far more Hispanic and black votes than any Republican in the modern era.

Have a look at the National Security Presidential Memorandum NSM-7 (September 25) – which takes a whole-government approach not to reacting to acts of terrorism – but plans to go after those that the Trump administration says could be sources of terrorism – i.e. anyone who opposes Trumps’ policies. How many times has Trump called Democrats terrorists?

The memorandum says they will go after a wide range of people, including “anti-capitalists” and those with “hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality,” – and who will be decided by the Trump administration - all as they rapidly expand surveillance state against the administration’s critics.
