Toronto has had 4 a day, on average, since the war began. Montreal is repeatedly overrun with them. They're all across the country and have not slowed down just because the war is over. They are aided by spineless, obsequious local and provincial governments who don't want to endanger their Muslim/progressive voting base and so tell the police to ignore the illegality of the demonstrations and protests and turn their eyes and ears away from hate speech. This is especially notable from Montreal, where 12% of the population is Muslim and the left has fixated on Gaza as the cause to give meaning to their miserable, failed lives. Thus we have Toronto's mayor, who was often rumored to be deeply antisemitic even when she was a city councillor, refusing to even notice there are Jews living in her city, much less go near them, and her police are usually see-no-evil, hear-no-evil when it comes to these incessant demonstrations, occupations, and protests. Though at least they're not as bad as the Montreal cops, who seem to side with the demonstrators most of the time, and angrily threaten anyone who dares to say or do anything the protesters might find offensive. That includes violently arresting journalists covering their marches (who are then released afterward since they broke no laws).

Oh yes, freedom of speech, right? Try standing on the sidewalk holding an Israeli flag as one of these demos approaches and you'll quickly be mobbed by police and ordered away. The police even threatened journalists at Queens Park trying to cover a demo, ordering them off the property. Maybe they were afraid they'd find out where that quivering bowl of fat who is Ontario's current premier was hiding. Freedom for some, but not for others.

Canada used to be a country noted for 'peace, order, and good government,' and now we have none of them.

Who is the left in your view? How do you know their lives are failed and miserable?

They're clearly miserable because they are consumed by hatred.

When your dedication to your group is proven by how much you hate others, or even yourself and your community, how can you be anything but miserable?

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

The fact that they are there.

Are they protesting the Palestinians that are being shot in the streets by Hamas?

Anyone involved with these protests, occupations, and demonstrations, just for a start.

Why are we still putting up with all these palestinian demos?

Two reasons in my opinion.  1) Politicians want their votes as they make up a significant enough portion of the voting population to sway elections, and 2) They're afraid of them. Similar to the uneasy relationship between the Democrats and Antifa. Not surprising though, what happens in the U.S. never stays in the U.S.
