Just look at the rates of Black children growing up in single parent homes pre & post civil rights. Programs incentivized single mother homes as being eligible for more government money. Liberals don't seem to have any concern over downstream effects of their policies.

These statistics are well known. Children, especially boys raised in homes without fathers are significantly more likely to drop out of school and end up in prison. It's next to impossible for most families to build any real wealth without dual incomes today.
