If you claim to follow Christ, you cannot cling to the sword of Leviticus while ignoring the cross of Matthew.

Unfortunately you are applying something Jesus said to the justice system.  That is not what it means.

Jesus is not saying criminals should not be punished.   Jesus was talking about a personal relationship between you and another person.  If someone says something mean to you, you may be wise to hold your tongue and turn the cheek.  But that has nothing to do with the justice system Gaetan.

You will never find in the gospell anything where it says that Jesus said to punish others

There is much more in God's word than the gospels.  Google crime, punishment and the Bible and read some of those verses.  What kind of world would it be if criminals were not punished?

Crime is absolutely getting worse in Canada it's the one thing literally every statistic agrees on Premiers have been screaming about it, police chiefs have been screaming about it. Violent crime is getting vastly worse in Canada

I guess like every liberal you feel that lying about it is a suitable solution, it isn't.

Moses acted under the direction of God (the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost).
