The Presidents you criticize invoked sanctions, sent billions in weapons, aid and advisors in attempt to contain Putin and prevent total defeat and spreading of the war. yet you praise a Putin worshipping suckhole prepared to surrender their lost land AND veto their rightful request to join NATO if they so wish - before negotiations even begin.

Yes, in fact they did. Biden stood around for months watching Russia build up an invasion force. He and other NATO nations could easily have used that time to actually PREVENT a war by sending Ukraine more military hardware BEFORE Russia invaded, instead of waiting until after.
