User Posted Friday at 03:00 PM Report Posted Friday at 03:00 PM That district judges arguments and reasoning were so out there is was absurd in the first place. Then you have folks like @robosmith who pretend it was a great legal ruling, but then run away when asked to support that or when it is pointed out to them how awful it was. Quote

Meh...robo's filled with rage over Orangemanbad. He's also dedicated to opposing conservatism in any and all forms. People like him brought Rome down and constantly leave a trail of debt and social upheaval, wherever they gleep power. They don't understand the concept of "compromise". They want it all...and they want it now. I often wonder how such a mentality can remain in anyone over 30? By then you would think a person has enough experience to know the difference between reasonable and unreasonable. Liberalism in not necessarily "bad". Nor is Conservatism. Both can be when driven to extremes. The problem these Libbies have is, they've allowed their TDS to push them WAY past anything remotely resembling reason. 1 Quote Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

Now Trump is learning that, too. 32 minutes ago, Nationalist said: People like him brought Rome down and constantly leave a trail of debt and social upheaval, wherever they gleep power. Your Trump sycophancy has reached that extreme because you DEFEND all his CRIMES. And don't even know about MORE THAN half of them. 1 Quote
robosmith Posted Friday at 04:06 PM Report Posted Friday at 04:06 PM Trump can command National Guard as California’s legal challenge moves forward, appeals court says Quote The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decided Thursday to leave troops in Los Angeles in the hands of the Trump administration while California’s objections are litigated in federal court, finding the president had broad — though not “unreviewable” — authority to deploy the military in American cities. “We disagree with Defendants’ primary argument that the President’s decision to federalize members of the California National Guard ... is completely insulated from judicial review,” Judge Mark J. Bennett of Honolulu, a Trump appointee, wrote for the appellate panel. “Nonetheless, we are persuaded that, under long-standing precedent interpreting the statutory predecessor ... our review of that decision must be highly deferential.” California leaders vowed to fight back in federal court. “This case is far from over,” Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta said in response to the ruling. “While the court did not provide immediate relief for Angelenos today, we remain confident in our arguments and will continue the fight.” Quote
User Posted Friday at 04:16 PM Report Posted Friday at 04:16 PM Yeah @robosmith, you know why they do it like that? Because he is likely to win on the merits and they disagree with the lower courts reasoning. So... you hold on to hope! In the end, Trump is going to win this one. 1 Quote

CdnFox Posted Saturday at 12:54 AM Report Posted Saturday at 12:54 AM this is a long-standing pattern for robo- lies. I don't think I've ever seen a single time when he has strongly insisted that some such thing is legal or some such thing is not legal where he didn't turn out to be entirely 100% wrong Say, the man may be a liar, chronically incorrect, legally inept, mentally handicapped and the zucchini obsessed buffoon, but by GOD at least he's CONSISTANT!! And you know - that's a rare trait in people today! 1 Quote There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data
