I think we could say the same about you. The fact is most of the immigrants being sent home right now are receiving full due process. There was a fairly minor issue with one's being sent to certain third-party places but even that was resolved.

For some reason some people believe that due process means that you must have access to 15 different court cases or visits in order to be treated fairly and that's absolutely not what it means.

Because I have asked you and others repeatedly now to define exactly what you mean. 

The way you use "due process" is nothing but a ruse to defend illegal immigration and do everything in your power to prevent the law from being enforced.

But she did break the law. And if your logic would not hold true for the person who killed someone then it doesn't hold true for her either.

If she hadn't killed someone the difference would be she would be put in jail and deny any freedom for the rest of her life. In this case she simply being removed from the property and can live her life normally and even reapply to come back to the country once she has completed the legal process.

But you argue that because it makes you cry she shouldn't be punished. Well the same would be true for a murderer that, they shouldn't be punished if they're leaving crying children behind should they? If not what's the difference?

And you don't know her at all. You have no idea if she is a good person or not. You've read a newspaper story about her. I could literally fit everything you know about her onto the back of a napkin and you're going to tell me about what an awesome person she is.

If I needed any more proof that you were completely out to lunch and operating 100% on false emotions you just proved it.

She broke the law, she knowingly broke the law, she knowingly didn't address the problem until after she decided to get married and have children and put that family at risk because she chose not to address her crime until she had to

Then she got caught and now she faces consequences.

When people break the law there are consequences. It may mean they get separated from their families. Hopefully this will be a wake-up call to every single illegal out there who thinks they can just continue to be illegal for the end of time. Hopefully they will realize that before they go having children and starting families they should immediately look at addressing the situation which may mean leaving the country for a time until their status is sorted out.

There's nothing more to say. Your entire argument is that you read a newspaper article and you really really sad. That's not a legal argument

It doesn't matter how good you think she was. She was breaking the law. She waited until only after she was married to try and figure out how to be lawfully here.

I do know what due process means, stunned. Your definition of due process is that you want the millions of illegal criminal aliens to be able to stay in America for as long as they can.
