Well it's hard to say if it's opinion or not. In HIS world opinions ARE facts, and facts can be 'just your opinion' if he doesn't like them. Many of his opinions are considered FACT by him, but YOUR opinions are OPINIONS, or possibly bupkis, or possibly dunning kruger.  Except on Tuesdays.  Tuesday is zucchini day.

India is still building a lot of coal plants as well, but nowhere near what China is doing. These plants are slated to be online for 40-50 years. Still, "CANADA'S 8 COAL-FIRED POWERPLANTS HAVE TO GO OR THEY WILL DESTROY THE WORLD!!!!!"

China is also building over 30 nuclear powerplants. 

Aside from what China is or isn't doing to/for the environment, they are clearly not at war with their own energy sector like our gov't is.

Sounds like you're wishing for a government that OWNS EVERYTHING like China's does. 🤮

Just wait until one of those nuke plants blows up like Chernobyl did.

I'm wishing for a gov't that is pro-Canada, just like the Chinese gov't is pro-China. 

If Trudeau hadn't chased away $130B+ in energy investment 10 years ago then we wouldn't be so far behind the 8-ball right now.
