August1991 Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 Why does the federal NDP have a leader like Singh? It should have a leader like Mulcair. Quote
August1991 Posted March 15 Author Report Posted March 15 (edited) Faced with Poilievre and this Liberal guy Carney, Mulcair could have been a civilised PM. Mulcair could have won seats in rural Quebec, and urban Alberta Singh is leading English-Canada's left into disaster. Edited March 15 by August1991 Quote

slady61 Posted March 15 Report Posted March 15 Mulcair was more straightforward, but Singh has a unique way of connecting with people and pushing for change. Quote

He was only leader for 5 years and official opposition for 3. I guess we forget he lost a non confidence vote within his own party and stepped down. Quote Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But you are not entitled to your own facts.

It really isn't but okay I'll bite, what is it beside right and left I'll bet you can't answer that. 10 hours ago, August1991 said: I think that guys like Thomas Mulcair have a place in federal politics. And the NDP kicked him out. They went with Jagmeet instead. That's how bright THEY are. I feel like that proves my point, the NDP are too stupid to have a good leader and if they weren't that stupid they wouldn't be NDP in the first place Edited March 15 by CdnFox Quote

Or maybe the convention delegates chose the leaders most offensive to their rival parties? The election of a leader is the mechanism, not the reason The reason that the NDP has a leader like jaggers is because they are essentially childish fools who live in an idealic dream world rather than deal with reality and will basically fall for anyone who will tell them that they are going to "Fight" Everyone they don't like. As if anyone ever built a nation by fighting everyone. The election is the mechanism where they chose the person who is least suited for the job but most vocal about pretending to care about them The reason that the CPC has Poilievre is because they believe in reason facts small government that delivers opportunity for Canadians and an end to corruption. Poilievre represented the candidate that most embodied those principles. The election was simply how they expressed it If you knew any less about politics you would literally collapse in on yourself mentally and be a political black hole Quote
