Do you think that the government should force businesses to retain people who create a hostile environment for their colleagues? Because that's certainly what you're implying. BofA -- or any business, has right to create inclusive environments to attract and retain the best talent. Racists, sexists, homophobes--bigots of any stripe destroy that environment. They chase away talent. They are a detriment to the company and the company absolutely SHOULD fire them if they can't correct their behavior. 1 Quote

myata Posted January 24 Report Posted January 24 (edited) No, it wasn't the thing about cuddling and smooching with politicians! Georgie? Barakie? Memory and reason, anyone? They just invented it and here's why: their idol is a 34-times convicted conman; an indicted alleged main conspirator to subvert and overthrow the constitutional order. And a pathological, non-stop liar. There's no rational way to explain it. The only hope is to replace it all, the facts, the reality with a stamp, label our ohhhh sooo cute smoochy fatass don't you just want to smooooch it. Done, but it only works with a cult a herd that's left their brains and memories at the entrance. That's what it is and try to argue that. As soon as you see or hear that tune "our cute Doodgie isn't he so cute" you know, every rational individual in the world knows what it has to be about: another stupidity that cannot be explained and defended; and another miserable brainless !diot(s), a bunch of brainless romons. Simple, factual and try to argue that. Edited January 24 by myata Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

myata Posted January 25 Report Posted January 25 How interesting! I wonder what would Ronnie or Barakie say about that? Any idea? Quote If it's you or them, the truth is equidistant

That's completely asinine. Does the existence of black people in the workplace create "hostile environment" for racists? Inclusion means live and let live. Everyone gets to exist as themselves. It has zero impact on you whether your colleague is Christopher or Christine. If you're so goddamn bigoted that you can't control yourself at the office and treat your colleagues with respect and professionalism while you're there, then it's a YOU problem. It's not a problem with the people you hate and target simply for existing. You become toxic and detrimental to the company and you can GTFO. Good riddance. Quote
