KSM, who killed thousands of women and children, both in America and abroad, will live:

On Monday, an appeals court tossed Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s move to quash plea deals offered to Khalid Sheik Mohammed and co-conspirators Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al-Hawsawi.

There you go. What the fùck is wrong with Joe? Well, we know it isn't Joe. It's his handlers, but you know what I mean.

OMG, that's the quality of the NY Post Editorial Board? -- Sounds like the unhinged ranting on this forum.

None of this has particularly anything to do with the POTUS. Nor do I expect this to be the end of the matter.

BUT, have you paused for even half a second to consider why someone like Escallier would offer the deal? What are the consequences of taking this thing to trial--let alone the remote possibility of an acquittal?

Are those costs and potential risks worth paying in exchange to satisfy some emotional yearning for a form of retributive justice? Is that a good deal?

More "plausible deniability". Oh goodie.

These Demoncrats...they have no soul what so ever.

Meh...Mike Johnson just got elected Speaker of the House and all is in place to welcome Trump to the Whitehouse. The stage is finally set.

Now Libbies...I hope you all enjoy what's to come.

Is your argument that his cabinet and appointees act against his will?

The plea deal was not offered by Biden or by a Biden cabinet member, or by a Biden appointee. It was offered by someone to whom the authority had been delegated. Austin tried to take back the plea offer once he became aware that it had been made.

And if you really care, this plea has been in the works since the Trump admin.

"Mr. Wood, a colonel in the Arkansas National Guard, was appointed to the job during the Trump administration, in April 2020.

In March 2022, he empowered prosecutors to negotiate a plea agreement in the Sept. 11 case. Under the proposal, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the accused mastermind of the attacks, and four other men would serve life in prison rather than risk the possibility of a death sentence at a trial, in exchange for admitting to conspiring in the hijacking attacks that killed 2,976 people. The talks have been stalemated, awaiting a response from the Biden administration."

Does this mean your misplaced outrage will shift to Trump? Or will it suddenly fizzle out, mysteriously vanishing as quickly as it appeared?

Sorry to spoil your finger-pointing fun. But on the upside, you'll have time to ponder the actual substantive questions.

Sure, if "cover up" refers to things done with full visibility in plain sight.

I doubt this will be the last example. Biden seems to have somehow managed to have negative f*cks to give, and is in a f*cks deficit when it comes to pulling politically embarrassing or traditionally verboten actions.

I'm still waiting for him to issue pardons for the whole democratic party for any crimes past present or future. :)

You have no idea what I'm saying, do ya.

If KSM testifies he planned 9/11, the US government has a scapegoat to wave at those who don't believe the "official story".

I know the world is baffling and mysterious to someone who doesn't know anything about anything. Everything must be a secret plot instead of BAY.

Your belief in conspiracy theories is hilarious.

IF you're a real programmer, belief in things not proven is very counterproductive to your profession.
