I use it because I need to, the next more potent form (from what I use) is available by prescription only... so it is considered medication depending on concentration. The thing is, I don't expect my neighbour to use it if he doesn't need to... it's not that complicated, it's a topical application.... I don't think we should be putting Preparation H into our water supply simply because Robo needs to gargle with it either. 1 Quote
