And his childish to say that in a system that requires people pay for their medical services that requiring people to pay for the medical services restricts access. Nobody tried to restrict gender affirmation surgery for adults

Kamala police supported helping anyone in prison including illegal aliens transition at the cost of the taxpayer and even in the 2024 election said that she would continue that because it's currently law. Rather than change the law and make it so that illegal aliens didn't get gender transformation surgery.

And as they started from the very beginning, people aren't against gender surgery, they're against having to pay for it.
