CdnFox Posted November 12, 2024 Report Posted November 12, 2024 Port labour disputes: Canada orders binding arbitration | CTV News The liberals are ordering the workers Back to work and imposing binding arbitration. Jagmeet very specifically said that he would oppose the liberals if they did this even if it meant going to an election. Do you think he'll stand by his word or will he sell out again? He made such a big deal of ripping up the agreement and now he's very clearly honoring the agreement. All it'll take to smash him in the next election and give the list of times he threatened to hold the liberals accountable and then didn't. herbie Posted November 13, 2024 Report Posted November 13, 2024 Oh FFS you think the Tories would let the strike continue? I tmay be NDP policy to oppose govt involvement in strikes, but it sure as hell isn't in other parties. Especially when it's in the National Interest. The problem is employers in those situations know that so they won't bargain in good faith, and have shown that over and over in recent years. To the point of pretending it's the govt's fault and not theirs. D*cking dreamers at even thinking the NDP will kiss Tory ass for your benefit. Quote

The tories aren't the ones that said they would bring the government down and the event that they tried to regulate it. That was jagmeet. So if it's so terrible why isn't jag meat bringing the government down? Why doesn't he live up to what he said he would do? Why it's almost as if he's another dishonest lying sack of leftist crap. Just like some of his supporters. Who post here. Quote There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

Jagmeet very specifically said that he would oppose the liberals if they did this even if it meant going to an election. I gotta hand it to Jagmeet, he finally found that sweet spot between "We need to hold an election yesterday because this fascist piece of sh1t is selling out our country as fast as he can", and "How do I maximize my leverage against this minority gov't to siphon the largest possible amount of voters away from them"? Quote Do you think he'll stand by his word or will he sell out again? When "he, she, xe, it, zhe, zat, zot or zit" refers to an NDPer, Libtard, Greenie or Bloc-head, the correct answer to that question is always "🤣". As far as the question of "will he stand by his word" goes, he won't have to... Trudeau will absolutely have to back down now because union voters form too much of the LPOC/NDP base and the next election is coming soon. The LPOC can kiss union votes good-bye if they do this while the NDP is playing the sympathizer card. I don't doubt that Jagmeet gave Trudeau assurances that he'd back him on this, while Trudeau's dick was briefly out of his mouth, and then once Trudeau said it in public, Jagmeet just back-stabbed him. If Jaggie-poo did that, it was brilliant, because Jagmeet never had any credibility to lose in the first place, and he got Trudeau gooooood. That was a once-in-a-century burn.
