No, they got the number of dems about right.  :)

I remember when you were arguing that Republicans don't think the other side are bad people like it was yesterday. Oh wait it was yesterday.

LOL you started it kiddo :)

I don't think dems are bad people joking aside. I think they're dumb people with bad ideas who can't sort their emotions and feelings from fact and logic, but not inherently "bad".

But that's not going to hold me back from making fun of some of their dumber members who want to say how terrible republicans are :)

Told ya - you can't go around calling half of america nazis and facists and garbage and all that crap without people turning on you.  And in essence that's all the dems have done for over a year - faked up court charges of every type, trump is hitler, this will be the last election if he wins, maga supporters are scum, etc.

Turns out you're the one who had it wrong.

And next year it'll be justin's turn.

This idea is especially wild given that we just witnessed an election that was decided entirely on people's vibes and feelings. Trump's promises are unrealistic and often contradictory but he told people what they wanted to hear, facts and logic aren't in the picture.

The only thing I got wrong was that half of Americans are nazis and fascists and garbage. It's actually closer to 51%

the exit polls say otherwise. The exit pulls strongly suggest that it was spot and one over the perception that trump will be able to handle the economy better and bring Prosperity back to America. While that wasn't a major factor in the actual election people have seen his track record and they know they did better under him.

The people that believed that it could be an election about people's vibes were the democrats. They insisted that Kamala was fun and fresh and brat and full of happiness and would spread magical pixie dust and everybody would have a great time. She did not make a case at all for how she would be a good steward of the economy or how her foreign policy would address concerns.

And the second half of her campaign was all dark and foreboding and how trump was a bad person and you should be very angry about orange man bad and he's Hitler and he's going to sneak into your home at night and eat your babies.

And as a result trump won by a landslide. Wasn't even that he made a great pitch, but he was a bit of a known quantity and that's what people cared about.

You cannot win on happy feelings, word salads and inspirational messaging. People need to believe you will do a good job.

Unfortunately for your side facts and logic were in the picture. They knew darn well that not everything trump said is going to be delivered on. But they have faith that he'll do a decent job and certainly better than Kamala. trump at least has a track record, Kamala had nothing and offered nothing.

Now the democrats are going to have to do some serious soul searching. They really counted on women to come out in droves for Kamala because she's a woman and why wouldn't they vote for a woman president just because she's a woman. That did not work, they came out all right but they voted for trump. And it didn't work for Hillary either

Woke campaigns are losing campaigns and the democrats are going to have to start putting forward candidates that are less woke and more real

In other words: vibes and feelings.

Again, this is all vibes and feelings unconnected to actual policy proposals.

Define real because Trump is certainly not that.

No, observed facts

Vibes and feelings was kamala's entire campaign. Vibes and feelings completely lost

No, that's decision making. For people to believe that you can do something they have to see evidence of it and none was presented from Kamala

Nope, sorry. Again it's decision making based on track record. They can observe that he did it before, they don't observe any reason to believe he wouldn't be able to do it again, therefore they have faith that he can deliver on what he said based on empirical evidence and experience.

Trump's track record is real.

Sorry kiddo, you are 100% delusional and it was exactly this kind of really lazy self-deluding irrational thought process that caused the democrats to lose so amazingly badly.

The kick in the teeth is because the democrats were in prior to this to Americans this is going to feel like the first term for the Republicans. Traditionally americans give the full two Terms to the winner. Which means that whoever runs after trump will have an advantage and will probably win.

You might be in for 8 years of JD Vance after your 4 years of trump because you guys couldn't get your head around what is and is not feelings and fact.
