TBH, the DNC's lawfare strategy blew up in the Dems' faces when the appellate court eviscerated Biden's judge and DA for their Deutsche Bank lawsuit scandal. 

The Dems needed to squeeze one last bit of political interference out of the court, because now Kamala is trailing in all of the swing states.

There is NO PRECEDENT for not releasing documents in an INDICTED CASE that is already public knowlege.

What is unprecedented is FELON CONVICTED CRIMINAL running for POTUS who is PENDING TRIAL for additional FELONIES. DUH
