Nobody has the authority to say human life starts at 24 weeks and that abortion is ok up to that point.  

That is just an arbitrary point someone pulled out of a hat.

This picture shows the pre-born at different points of time.  They are human at every point from the moment of conception.  The idea that they are not human or less than human is absurd and originates from a depraved mind.
