OK so...putting aside your interesting rhetoric...

Russia has recovered from the fall of the Soviet Union. It is now...once again...a major global power. The USA and NATO/EU have essentially forced Russia into a corner. And how do animals react to being cornered? That's right...they come out fighting and are generally rather dangerous.

In all honesty, I wonder why Putin has made this official State visit to North Korea.

It is a show for the locals - Russian TV. Like Biden, he wants to show his ego. As kids would say, he wants to flex.

For everyone else, I suspect that it is a sign of weakness.

Actually Russia is liberating Ukraine second time from Nazi occupation and now fighting for the destiny of the whole decent world.

First time from Rothschild's son Hitler and now from Khazar (Fake Semite) Zelensky.

Its literally desperation. Its one of his few allies that will gladly openly and very publicly be Russia's cheerleader and provider.

Russia needs all the allies it can get.

For its other allies, its business as usual, but they skirt the "special military operation" so carefully as to not damage their interests internally. 

North Korea doesn't have much going for it, regarding international interests.

Its a match made in dictatorship heaven.
