gatomontes99 Posted May 10, 2024 Report Posted May 10, 2024 "I actually had the ability to speak to him three weeks ago," Bailey said, during an on-camera interview with NBC New York on Feb. 16, the day the judge's decision was due. "I saw him in the corner [at the courthouse] and I told my client, 'I need to go.' And I walked over and we started talking … I wanted him to know what I think and why…I really want him to get it right." "No ex parte conversation concerning this matter occurred between Justice Engoron and Mr. Bailey or any other person. The decision Justice Engoron issued February 16 was his alone, was deeply considered, and was wholly uninfluenced by this individual,” said Al Baker, a spokesman for the New York State's Office of Court Administration, in a written statement The New York State Rules of Judicial Conduct state that "a judge shall not initiate, permit, or consider ex parte communications, or consider other communications made to the judge outside the presence of the parties or their lawyers." The rules do allow an exception to "obtain the advice of a disinterested expert," if a judge gives notice to the parties in the case and gives them the opportunity to respond. If this ends up being true, it could void the entire case. 4 Quote The Rules for Liberal tactics: If they can't refute the content, attack the source. He does know the NY legal system inside and out, including which lawyers are willing to break the rules for a price. Bailey's previous penalized indiscretions prove he is one of those lawyers. Quote
gatomontes99 Posted May 10, 2024 Author Report Posted May 10, 2024 I'm sure (as the resident "prove it with a link, that I approve of, or I'll mock you" poster) you have definitive proof that Trump paid this lawyer for these allegations? You'd have a point if this was a real trial in a legitimate courtroom with a legitimate judge, but this is more like a 1938 Germany 'enemy of the state' trial. Trump was already guilty of 7 counts of "whatever we can make up" before he was indicted. If he does get out of this one unindicted, CNN's headline tomorrow may as well read: "Trump was just found guilty of two hundred forty seven felony counts of something, but the DOJ hasn't decided what to call it yet. Trial set to start in September." 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. Leftards are steering clear of this thread, for the most part. There was just one weak, vague attempt at slander and disinformation. That means that the memo has gone out to leftard liars to "Let this story fade away into oblivion. Do not engage or you'll just keep drawing attention to it. Just keep telling lies about the other stuff. It's working on the dumbest 20% of Americans." 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. She earns $200k/yr from her job but pulls in $4m/yr because she's a shrewd investor, like Pelosi 😉 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed. WestCanMan Posted May 11, 2024 Report Posted May 11, 2024 Quote "He had a lot of questions, you know, about certain cases. We went over it," Bailey said. https://www.nbcnewyork.com/investigations/new-york-lawyer-tried-advise-judge-trump-trial-civil-fraud/5395676/ Engeron tried to pretend that he was completely uninfluenced, [his statement says exactly that, and btw his statement also stands as an acknowledgement that the conversation actually happened] but that is contradicted by the fact that during that discussion, Engeron was asking him questions about certain cases, and it's implied that they were related to the Trump trial, because that was the general topic of discussion. Engeron wouldn't be asking questions of someone and then completely disregarding all of the answers he got. Engeron's cute little case is now toast. We know for certain the conversation really happened We know that Engeron was asking questions, which is proof that he was being influenced at least to some extent. Rules are rules Engo-boy. Your case is toast 🤣 1 Quote If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.
