Trump tries new End Run, Judge Merchan yanks football before Trump kicks...

Trump tries to ignore the Court rules once again in his New York Civil Trial in  hush money he paid a porn star to cover up an affair...just before he ran for President ...tries to claim that since he became President afterwards every single illegal thing he has done in his life befire, during, and after his presidency doesn't count because when he became President he became immune to any law enforcement actions for any crimes he committed...ever and forever.

Might have been the first hilarity of this case , the first nonsense...if it had been properly filed and on time...but as most of Trumps appeals and documentary statements he submits to the Courts , none if it was at all feasible, much less believable, as it brought up nothing new , just the same old, multi times debunked ideas.  In addition it was filed yesterday. The deadline was Feb 19. Trump if course ignored that rule and had already started his anti judiciary rhetoric when Judge Merchan threw it out of Court as " utter nonsense".  

What came next is unsurprising in a Court who has received more than one frivolous pleading, statement, or unbacked alleged case document, etc , the Judge snapped an instant Order that no one in the future can present ANY such document or any other kind requesting ANY delay in the trial hearings unless it FIRST is submitted to the Judge to be reviewed and approved by the Court before it becomes part of the official proceeding, thus stopping Trump from filing more frivolous documents or attempts to delay the case.

The Judge is entirely within his jurisdiction to do this and did.

Looks like your big trial is going to get delayed at least 30 more days since a truck load of discovery was just sent in by the federal government and Bragg was caught with his pants down. So even Bragg is agreeing to 30 days.

It's not going as well as the dems had hoped. The LAST thing they want is for trump to rack up wins and he's had a few, and delaying the trial works in his favor in a major way.  If he drags things out to july then they're 'prosecuting the republican nominee'  and that optic looks just horrible.

"..looks horrible".... to Trump maybe, to the RNC that now favors Trump or no one else since he hijacked its money box, I suppose it does look that way but when he loses his ability to win I am sure that Nikki and Governor Christie will resurface in time to save the RNC...for a price...divesting themselves of Trump, which I suspect they will be very eager to do by then.

To everyone who isn't hard core democrat. it just looks very bad.  I know you struggle with that concept but if it weren't true trump would have sunk in the polls long ago. They blew it because they went over-the-top, with their continual baseless accusations and floundering claims, and court cases with fines for hundreds of millions. Ordinary people are like, "Hey wait a minute, this smells like poo-poo."

Well, seems like your dam is showing a few cracks and the foundation is trembling.  Trumps claim if being a billionaire is now revealed as the fantasy smoke and mirrors game ,  the Chubb Group is over 250 companies and if they together consider him so unreliable as to not even have a half billion to.post his own bond then undoubtedly he never had it. They'd know. They said No to his request for a simple surety bond also....so...Trumps empire will be broken apart to pay the settlements because both Trump and his attorneys also say " he doesn't have it", and as he has already all but bankrupt ed the RNC , they don't have it either.

First - the fact that someone does not have something now does not speak in the slightest to whether or not they had it before. That's dumb. there's lots of things i don't have now that i used to have.  So right off the bat you're showing your grade 4 level of logic comprehension  again.

Secondly, it may just be an issue of liquidity. You probably don't know this but a billionaire doesn't have all their money in cash. I imagine your understanding of finance comes from reading scrooge mcduck - but nobody actually has a money bin.

So he may have assets worth that kind of value but that he cannot liquidate to buy a bond. He could have 100 billion in real estate but because he can't sell it before the deadline it's not useable. He'd still be a billionaire tho.

And third off... the prosecutor has literally said he has half a billion in assets in new york alone she'll sell off to pay his bills. SO - he can't use those assets to secure a bond - which means he has At LEAST a half billion just in new york. So if he's got even another half billion in assets around the world even if he can't liquidate them right now he's over a billion before the lawsuit.

Apparently its YOU that doesn't understand...but its likely in your case, you just don't want to because you refuse to accept the truth.  Old Don doesn't have the money to.put up the level if bind that he claimed he could before someone...in this case the Courts...actually required him to PUT UP or SHUT UP.  and he couldn't do it.  He tried going to one if the biggest insurance company groups in the wirld, owner director if over 250 companies...crewed by people who actually understand LEGAL.practices in insurance, law, real estate, banking and financing...i.e. NOT what Old Donald does. He cheats, lies, makes up fictional wealth for himself, bases his claimed values in that FANTASY value and then gets suckers like you to believe him by tossing around money like it's water...easy to do when it's someone else's water. Old Don has lived his whole life this way.

Your contention was that this proved he wasn't a billionaire. And i showed why you were wrong. You couldn't refute that it would seem.

Now your contention is that regardless of how wealthy he is he doesn't' have enough cash on hand to post bail. Well that's very likely considering most of his money will be in assets like real estate. Can't really sell that in a few days. Which is what i said before. He could be very rich and not have cash handy in the bank, there is no Scrooge McDuck money pit.

I have no idea what that part in the middle even means -as usual you refuse to speak in English.  Or possibly you have a concussion.
