robosmith
Republican Opposition to Birth Control Bill Could Alienate Voters Quote One month after the Supreme Court struck down the right to an abortion, Democrats who then controlled the House pushed through a bill aimed to ensure access to contraception nationwide. All but eight Republicans opposed it. That vote two years ago, opposing legislation that would protect the right to purchase and use contraception without government restriction, may come back to haunt Republicans in November, as they seek to keep hold of their slim majority at a time when real fears about reproductive rights threaten to drive voters away from them. A new national poll… found that most voters across the political spectrum believe their access to birth control is actively at risk, and that 80 percent of voters said that protecting access to contraception was ‘deeply important’ to them. Even among Republican voters, 72 percent said they had a favorable view of birth control. The Republicons never learn. Keep on keeping on. robosmith
125 House Republicans — including Speaker Mike Johnson — back a 'life at conception' bill without any IVF exception Quote Most House Republicans have cosponsored a bill declaring that life begins from the moment of conception, a position under increased scrutiny after the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that frozen embryos are ‘unborn children. This Congress, 125 House Republicans — including Speaker Mike Johnson — have cosponsored the ‘Life at Conception Act,’ which states that the term ‘human being’ includes ‘all stages of life, including the moment of fertilization, cloning, or other moment at which an individual member of the human species comes into being.’ Worse than the dog that caught the car and doesn't know what to do with it, House Republicons start chasing another car. Keep on digging your own grave.

That's exactly what's happening but I know you have to try and make yourself believe a baby isn't being killed.

Of course, you know that "killing babies" is illegal, but pretend it's happening with impunity and there's nothing you can do about it. That is the cognitive dissonance of a CHILD.
