Trump seeks to block Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen from testifying at NY hush money trial

Trump lawyers are concerned about the testimony from:
- Stormy Daniels
- Karen McDougal
- Micheal Cohen
- Rudy Giuliani
- Allen Weisselberg

among others. i think this leaves nobody but maybe Trump to testify... he can take the 5th.

he's innocent... as long as nobody testifies! hahaha!

You have to be highly suspicious of what the FBI is offering those guys.

If any of them are facing any kind of indictment the FBI will be squeezing them hard for false testimony.

Flipping is NOT "false testimony" no matter how cynical you ARE.

The FBI handles NONE of the testimony by others IN COURT. Duh

They are not even involved in the depositions except for matters THEY WITNESS.

Do you EVER have ANY EVIDENCE for your scurrilous allegations of CORRUPTION?

WHO has testified FALSELY for the DoJ?

Be suspicious of the FBI, not the one trying to keep all the witnesses from testifying.

I do this thing called "watching the FBI commit crimes and lie to influence elections".

It's on all the actual news channels.

Do you watch Law & Order and scream witch hunt on behalf of the perps too?

Do you watch gestapo propaganda and scream "Achtung, Juden!"

That was a rhetorical question, you don't have to answer.

Coercing false testimony/flipping, potāto/potahto.

When the FBI offers someone years off of their jail sentence in exchange for some words that fit their false narrative, that's nothing short of coercion.

Right. But once someone says something to the FBI, and the they say something else in court, what happens mr smartypants?

The say: "Did you lie to the FBI or did you lie in court? Pick your own reason for your upcoming prison sentence..."

Do you get it, stupid?

What does it matter what FBI members actually WITNESS (in all-caps for whatever reason) if they're just gonna LIE to the judge, as usual?

Yeah, there's all the links that I already provided about: Comey lying to the FISA court, Strzok lying to the FISA court, Kevin Clinesmith being found guilty of fabricating evidence and providing it to the FISA court, the number of times they all lied to the FISA court for the initial warrant and 3 subsequent warrants renewals, their lies about the laptop, the successful use of an entrapment defence against them by people accused of plotting to kidnap G Whitmer, they pretended not to have any agent provocateurs at Jan 6th, etc. That's all in addition to the thousands of lies from their collusion witch hunt.

They are nothing but corrupt. Anything that they do which has any semblance of legitimacy is only done to restore their level of credibility to the point where they can use it for their own political purposes.

If you look up the word "scurrilous" you'll find that it doesn't apply in instances where incontrovertible evidence is provided.

Ummmmm, you know that when someone testifies they're usually the only person on earth who actually knows if they really believe what they're saying, right? People can even be wrong about what they saw, like you are all the time when you see people talking on TV: that doesn't mean that they're testifying falsely.

All that either of us can say for certain is that the FBI offers people years off of their prison sentences for words.

Whether or not they are only interested in the truth is usually a guess, but when you consider that during the collusion witch hunt they were actively committing crimes and telling lies of their own, it's not sensible to conclude that they were only bribing people for the truth. Do you think that the FBI's plan was "to tell the truth to other judges"?

What kind of human says "Well, they just lied 50x in a row, so the next thing that they say is likely to be true"? That's like a dumber version of the gambler's fallacy.

You see the FBI cannot "offers people years off of their prison sentences for words."

Only the prosecutors working for the DoJ can do that. Don't you pay attention when watching Law and Order? LMAO

It's ALWAYS "we'll put in a good word for ya with the DA."

Name them.  I watched many, didn't see any of the Associated Press post any....maybe a few showed up in what you watch...Voice of the Kraken is not a licensed broadcaster , nor is The Undercut...though I doubt you travel in those lofty circles...too much clay on your boots.
