If they had done so then you could make the claim there were kidnappers or the like but you couldn't claim they were trying to take over the country.

If they killed officials you could say they were murderous terrorist but still wouldn't have been trying to take over democracy,

In my books both BLM and the j6 could be argued to be domestic terrorists, but neither had any serious plan to overthrow the country.

I think that J6 was wrong - i think the BLM riots were wrong.  But  i don't think either is an insurrection.

First...I am not a "kid", in all.likelihood I am.old enough to have met your grandfather at the door tongue nursery school parking lot, I would have been the one dating his teacher. My grandfather fought in the Spanish American war.  So sorry there youngster.  On the rest, your usual attempts to claim false history as real doesn't impress me.
