It's possible trump might get convicted of something over the next year but it's not really very likely. And that's before we get into the appeal process. But maybe .

I suspect tho that he'll find ways to delay it, and if he wins the election he'll make it all go away and if he doesn't he'll have to face that music in 2025.

But hey - whatever lets you sleep at night as you cower fearfully in your bed If it makes you feel better - sure. In fact it's 100 percent certain he'll be convicted of ALL those things and russian collusion too

If he doesn't well i'm sure he'll get up to something. To be honest, it's probably in my best interest for him to lose. It's obvious trudeau is planning to use trumps victory as a club against PP here in Canada, and that only works if trump wins. If trump loses and it's more of "bedtime stories with biden" then the opposite happens and the CPC becomes more attractive.

So you could say either way i win or either way i lose, but i'm not all that invested in trump in any case.   But boy - he sure lives rent free in YOUR head doesn't he

Trump has used all sorts of OBSTRUCTION to avoid criminal indictments for actions during his term, including the OLC memo prohibiting indictment of a sitting POTUS.

Obviously those have FAILED in the last 2 years and he is just now pending trial for those 91 felonies.

IOW, justice has been delayed by POTUS legal protections as detailed by Mitch McConnell in his speech regarding Trump's second impeachment.

It is a simple concept... has he been convicted of any CRIMINAL (not civil). Convicted not being the same as arraigned or indicted. So when he is in fact convicted (not indicted) then have your moment in the sun. Until then, I get tired of failed predictions.

Obviously if there's been no previous (to last 2 years) indictments, there have been no convictions.

The evidence you cite for your belief makes no sense in the present context cause the odds are now drastically different.
