DeSantis on why he's standing his ground against VP Harris: 'It's wrong to let false narratives stand'

CONCORD, N.H. — Gov. Ron DeSantis says he is "ready to roll" when it comes to debating face-to-face with Vice President Harris in the controversy over a line in Florida’s new African-American history curriculum that mentions "how slaves developed skills which, in some instances, could be applied for their personal benefit."

Hours after sending a letter to Harris in which he invited her to come to Tallahassee to debate him, DeSantis told reporters Tuesday that he had invited the vice president "to come to Florida to debate Florida’s education standards."

The Republican 2024 presidential candidate, during a campaign stop at a diner in New Hampshire’s capital city, said that Harris "seemed to have a lot to say about it. None of which has been true. And so, we are ready to have that debate."

When asked by Fox News if he had heard back from Harris or the vice president’s office, DeSantis said that "she has not" responded to the invitation.

I guess she's worried about this little inconvenient fact coming out.

Governor DeSantis doesn't play games and he isn't connected with CNN so there's no fake news involved.

He just put out a challenge to a great grand daughter of a SLAVE TRADER and we got to hear was crickets.

The slave trade was abolished in the British Empire in 1807 and slavery itself in 1833, when was it abolished in the US?

There’s no doubt DeSantis is a good debater. His problem lies in casual conversation. At the moment we’re seeing a candidate less likeable than Ted Cruz which was considered an impossible feat not long ago.

Kamala the RACIST LIAR told a bunch of LIES about FLorida schools, and the brilliant Governor DeSantis put that bich in her place. She's afraid do debate him because she's too stupid and she knows her color will not help her in a debate.

As far as a professional decorum goes, I hardly think giving blowjobs to further one's political career could be any sort of "decorum."
