Cant recall who. And for all you know they might disapprove of this as well so you can't just say it's fine And honestly i don't know the details of the rib thing. There are some streets in some city's that they intentionally have to shut down (granville street in vancouver or select sections of main street) but that's different htan a parade. Generally speaking unless an area is specifically designed for it i'm not a big fan of shutting down streets at all but i get that it's a thing a lot of people like. That's not my problem with the pride parades Quote
