No it isn't, both of them have been in use and neither were declared unconstitutional. I've read the 2nd Amendment and it seems to me it is the only part of your Constitution you have read, even though you don't seem to understand it. Switzerland has a well regulated militia as do countries like Norway, Sweden and Finland. The US has a bunch of Bubba's with guns.

You are the one who does not understand the Second Amendment and its history. Militias were an important part of America's victory in the Revolutionary War. And they WERE a bunch of Bubbas with guns. The whole point was they were not regular army and they were the first in history to engage in guerilla warfare (fighting from behind cover, rather than in straight lines like the Continental Army and the Redcoats.) They came in and turned the tide. They were important because they were independent and HAD THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, which is precisely WHY the Second Amendment was written.

So far, only Nazis and Communists want to take away private ownership of firearms.

The Ukranians have been asking for and getting a lot of weapons. Assault weapons aren’t high on their list. Communications equipment, fighter jets, rocket launchers, drones, guided bombs, SAMs, tanks, bridging equipment, fuel… you dumbutts think an AR-15 will do jack against an actual 21st century military assault? No, they’ll do nothing. You fire a rifle, they launch grenades, or mortars, or blow up your building, drop napalm, etc.  You understand nothing about actual warfare. It’s not Rambo and a sharpened stick.
