I mean 85 to 15 right? 85% of the vote federally goes to one lefty or the other - NDP, Greens, Liberal, Parti Quebecois? They like to think they are but in reality aren't , ie environment, multiculturalism etc.. Montréal and Outaouais definitely vote liberal but the rest votes Bloc or PQ and their politics vary based on leadership ( there only platform being Canada bad) and the Quebec city region votes mostly conservative Quote

He was asked by his own party (conservatives) to run against the separatists. There were no conservatives in Quebec so he had run as liberal. A real and true conservative would not disgrace himself by pretending to be a lefty liberal just for votes. If the bone heads in the conservative party makes Charest their new conservative leader, then they might as well kiss their progressive conservative party goodbye and go jump off a cliff. So, just what are Charest policies anyway? Fight and save us all from climate change? Ha-ha. Quote

The CPC really needed to get an even higher amount of votes in. We need a champion that will cut programs and cut corporate welfare. And bring the budget back into balance. I believe that I have heard the same thing coming from Pierre Poiliever. The things that he is saying sure do sound and look like he could be a real and true conservative. Just saying.
