Doug Ford was the Lockdown Premier

The no freaking way i'll be voting for Doug Ford. Some independant right wing is gonna get my vote, because I won't go liberal or NDP. Remember the pain Doug Ford put us through? We couldn't even go to 75% precent of the isles in walmart to buy a toaster over. If you tried buying a microwave, it was deemed unessential. Those closed isle sections were probably printed through his company, Deco Labels.

He had the Gyms shut down for 7 months. Since when was it a crime to want to go to the gym and remain healthy? He keeped kids out of school longer than any other provice, so they lost half their high school and motivation for learning

Heck Doug Ford was more authoritarian than Justin Trudeau in my opinion. He's nothing like his brother. He's definetly a closet socialist, and he must be removed from office. How can anyone right of center vote for this imposter? One thing I agree with liberal on, is that Doug Ford is a loser.

There are no right wing parties in Canada that have actual candidates in most ridings.  I’m a centrist and I don’t think there are any real centrist parties.  All mainstream parties in Canada are left-wing.

If more people think like you, the Liberals will win again. 

The Liberal Leader is demanding that 3-doses of a vaccine be the standard for fully vaccinated now. He would have spent more time in Lockdown that DoFo did.

This statement shows a misunderstanding of the responsibility of different levels of government. JT didn't shut anything down because the Feds can't shut anything down. They can impose restrictions on Federally regulated industries and implement border restrictions. 

The provinces make the call on Lockdowns. And every single one implemented Lockdowns, at some point. 

DoFo's calculation is/was that moving to the Left and implementing unpopular COVID policies will take a lot of the bite out of his opposition. It's worked. They've been pretty quiet. 

If his base abandons him, then they're just welcoming Liberal rule back. That's cutting your nose off to spite your face. 

AFIK there's not going to be a PPO in Ontario this Spring.

That's a matter of perspective. 

I'm sure there are many that don't think the US have any true Left-Wing parties.

No it isn’t.  It can be traced to the Liberals stealing the NDP’s platform to get elected in JT’s first mandate.  It’s gotten worse as JT became the identity politics post-national self-proclaimed China fanboy.  Of course China has no respect for him either.  He’s a mouthpiece of victimhood and statist overreach.  Canada under Trudeau is a place where patriotism is shamed and people aren’t allowed to live freely because of anti-freedom mandates.  I don’t like Canada right now.  The truckers are trying desperately to revive it.  I can only think that time will work against Trudeau.

The Conservatives made a great point today when they said we should be celebrating opening up like other countries and have a firm date for this.  Blair countered nonsense about going after the protesters.  There will be no great reopening from this government.  They’re dragging out the pandemic and making it worse.  Trudeau will go down as the most dictatorial PM ever.  Like father like son. See what I did there?  Which father?

Ford was mostly on the same page as Trudeau until he saw how unreasonable the PM became.  Removing vaccine passports in Ontario was the right move and JT is increasingly isolated.
