lol @ massive amt ... still thanks for the heads up tho/starting respectful discussions to exchange beautiful ideas is somehow a, mistake. Drop me a PM and expound on what you mean here ---that's if you don't already have unfair preconceived notions toward me, like a few others here have shown.

No way. If Mr. Trudeau even makes the slightest negative comment to China now, my jaw will hit the floor at a thousand miles an hour.

He is already gone in hiding re China over Meng Wujing, or whomever her name is. Hua Wei CFO I think she was. Well at least with the NHL shut down I don't need to see the blazing HuaWei logo burning a hole in the phoshpho on my old TV set, when the cowards and traitors to Don Cherry are there without him, calling him racist and kissing Chinese bung hole.
So there is a plus.

a private law-firm in the state of Florida, representing a group of USA citizens, has sued the Chinese GOVT over the CoronaVirus:

I think it’s difficult for people to sue foreign governments. Think of the potential litigation that could occur over various unfortunate historical events.

Providing evidence as to tort requires establishing on a balance of probabilities a specific Chinese decision or decisions directly killed people. That would be difficult to prove. Secondly even if you could get a judgement how would it be enforced? As well other  governments should be partially liable as well for not properly preparing pandemic plans after Sars.

Cool!  Just like with his 2019 China trade war, President Trump has started yet another global movement against China.

...

Troll comment as is your troll headline.  The Chinese lab story was debunked weeks ago.

That's true. It only happens in rare scenarios, and this is indeed a rare scenario or an 'enumerated exception' at least. That's the criterion needed, for USA citizens to be able to legitimately sue China in this case.

What do you think happens if US citizens sue China?

Nothing.

This topic is absurd.

I'm not defending China, but the idea that there's some way that any sort of meaningful law suit can be brought to bear against China is about as likely as the US being held accountable for war crimes and errant drone strikes.
