PEI may be small but a Green provincial PM looms large for the federal Liberal Party.

Voting Green is both virtue-signalling, and provides a place for dissatified federal Liberal voters - who otherwise think that Justin Trudeau is a cool guy..

And a Green vote is not wasted,

What about the virtue or the signal?

If someone votes Green, they signal that they are good/virtuous.

And with a PEI Green government - even better, like BC, a Green Party able to decide - your vote counts!

Vote Green! You're good, and your vote is not wasted!

Green Party lessons:

Historically, this is an incredible accomplishment for the Green Party,” he said, adding that it suggests there is a frustration with the normal way that politics is done, including the acrimony and constant attacks. “What both those parties did in this campaign is say ‘No, we’re different.’”

Ten lessons from 10 elections: Peter Bevan-Baker’s political advice

  1. Although I repeatedly lost, I never lost heart.
  2. Always treat your fellow candidates respectfully.
  3. Take the high road: criticize ideas, not people.
  4. Use your inner strength to influence others candidates’ behaviour.
  5. Get your partner’s blessing before you run each and every time.
  6. Don’t embarrass your children.
  7. Speak and act authentically at all times.
  8. Enjoy the cumulative wisdom that comes from campaign experience.
  9. Maintain and utilize often your sense of humour.
  10. Strive to re-establish nobility in politics.

They signal they are naive and ideologically possessed but oh well.

Climate change 'ideology' is a necessary component of all parties' platforms now because it's reality. The Greens just do it best.
