Reports have it the boys father was a human smuggler that was captain and driver of the boat .And also charging 10gs for the ride. If true both the liberals and especially the NDP ,need to apologize to the country and the government. And it seems there is no letter from the father about coming to canada , unless the NDP have a 2nd letter, if they do they better produce it. . The NDP have damaged this countries reputation all around the world with false claims. Mulcair needs to fire the Fin Donnelly or resign himself. He said they were poor and had to share bananas, but yet made good money smuggling humans. He said he sent a letter, a letter no one has seen about coming to Canada and blames harper for the death of his son. Now it seems his sister may have said he paid him 5 gs to get transported out. And the father is denying the claim. In this "she-said, he-said"... which is all it is at this point... and even if true, does that diminish in any way the symbolism of the drowned child washed up on the beach? Quote

I've not made/offered an assessment on an unsubstantiated "she-said, he-said" claim. You, on the other hand, as is your way, have already "rushed to judgement" by claiming, as I quoted you, that the father "made good money smuggling humans". when all the Harper Conservative government has to reflect upon it's policy on Syrian refugees is 9 cases available for sponsorship... that sir, that is the real damage reputation you improperly attribute! I would like to see the letter that mulcair said this morning that the father sent in. CFRA has a copy of the letter and it has no reference to that man. If true, this could cause some uproar and problems for the election. If false, this would just damage the reputation of an honest politician and not be fair to him or his family.
