Well, but you said he was their puppet, so shouldn't he have been happy to do whatever they wanted? And you wonder why people are leery of more freedom for Blac Block and their tactics. Only one small group of protestors behaved appallingly for about an hour on one day. The police, as an entity which is heavily paid to enforce the law, instead chose to break the law. It also behaved, as an entity, with supreme incompetence from the top down. If I'd been in charge I'd have fired every senior officer involved, along with every officer who removed his name tag.
