I just want to deal with the facts and numbers here. the left is all in our faces everyday with facts so lets give them some facts and numbers to back up this up.

311 Million people in the USA

2.5 million Muslims

58% of Muslims in the United States do not believe "that criticism of Islam or Muhammad should be permitted"

1.45 million Muslims in the US believe this.

45% of Muslims in America believe that those who do criticize Islam or Muhammad should face "criminal charges,"

1.125 million Muslims in the US believe this.

12% of Muslims in America believe that anyone who criticizes Islam should be put to death.

300,000 Muslims in the US believe this.

43% believe it should be illegal IN THE UNITED STATES for a Christian to share his faith with a Muslim

1.075 million Muslims in the US believe this.

32% firmly believe that Sharia — not our Constitution — should be "the supreme law of the land in the US."

This should be of great concern that so many Muslims in the US harbor such views. 300,000 Muslims in the US thinks we should be killed for criticizing Islam? Wow. The left is always falling all over themselves to support the down trodden and beat up Muslims around the world. The very people they support have beliefs such as these. Do they know about this and simply don't care or are they being duped by these people?

Mr. Canada - we have heard that before but there`s no evidence for "increasingly" violent, and your unsubstantiated opinions on that religion aren't any more interesting to me than whether you like lasagna or not. If we're talking about some kind of policy change here that you *think* would be a good idea, then you have to convince people in some other way. That's called discussion.

If I didn't like lasagna, I couldn't be convinced to try it again by you just saying "it's good".

People tend to not like outsiders and newcomers - it happened with the Irish, with the Jews, with the English and French and Indians. When people criticize other cultures, they tend to assume that their own culture is the ideal, then they work backwards to justify why other cultures are not as "good"

But Obama is a Christian. You can blame much of the MSM for buying into the Islam=threat view. It's the difference in how violence is reported and portrayed in the MSM when talking about specific groups.

Most people who say Islam is bad, and we have quite a few of those people here. However, there is more violence between Muslims and the various factions (Shiite vs Sunni as an example) as there is violence from Muslims to non-Muslims.

Plus, Islam does suck and in a free country such as Canada I am currently able to make such a statement. When Islam has more influence in Canada, perhaps it will be able to make statements like "Islam sucks eggs" a crime. and you can visit me in jail.

got to love a poll commissioned by Wenzel Strategies/Citizens United Poll which also puts romney ahead of obama in ohio even though most other polls say the opposite.
