Deborah Coyne is campaigning on the Liberals not Standing for anything

http://www.hilltimes.com/news/news/2012/08/27/liberal-party-%E2%80%98does-not-stand-for-anything%E2%80%99-says-leadership-contender-coyne/31944

Warren Kinsella appears to be taking a hissy fit over it.

Basically telling her to take a leap...

I guess people forget that Seinfeld was a very successful show about nothing.

So either you are about nothing or about something.

If Coyne is right about the LPC , then I think Jerry Seinfeld would be an excellent leader.

Or perhaps the liberal party can form a comedy troupe and go on tour.

Warren Kinsella

Maker of Whine. Eater of Sour Grapes.

Tuned out the crybaby some time back.

and in just a couple of weeks, you've tuned him back in! Oh wait... sorry... your article link is a month dated; as is your link to the related Kinsella comment. Carry on.

They'd probably be unsuccessful because they'd never be able to a compete with the idiots in the NDP!

If the liberals can't compete with "idiots" as you put it,then what does that make them?

Not much into thinking are you?

It's not easy to act like an idiot, but a number of NDP MPs don't need to do any acting.

And still yet,you feel that the liberals can not compete with them.

Well Newfoundland and Labrador's own Ryan Cleary is by far one of the biggest.

Ironically this thread a few years back, would have had various Liberals pounding back hard on what "Liberals" stand for and a record in government to back it up. (Not necessarily the campaign promises, but the actions.

Its clear the Liberals have lost their way, and may not get it back and watching a couple Liberal Supporters weak counter to the points put forth by LeaderShip Candidate Coyne is.....

The NDP....????

While I don't know Ryan Clearly, I certainly am aware of Jack Harris.

And if one is going down the Buffoon list, certainly enough within the Conservative Ranks and NDP ranks to fill a boat, but its the Liberal Captain your looking for  .

you quoting Kinsella was the only reply necessary... you know Kinsella, right? The guy you just a few weeks ago said you no longer follow!

tell me, considering Coyne has never held office, never been elected, in your esteemed NDP view, what gives Coyne more/any legitimacy as a Liberal leadership candidate: that she dated Pierre Trudeau, or that in 2006 she ran/lost against your boy Layton?

 Waldo man...wow. You need to take a break. I think you missed the 'tone' of the original post.

I'm curious to know who you think is a idiot in the NDP?

How about Mouth Martin who is now on his hands and knees begging for money to get him out of trouble his big fat mouth got him into.

Toronto, like a roach motel in the middle of a pretty living room.

Thank you....

Its not always possible to get the "tone" especially with regards to humour across.

I see... what tone did your follow-up post hold - was it you similarly expressing your humour? I note you didn't answer my question... did it lack your humour?

that is correct I did not respond to your post, and yes it did lack humour (or my humour). :P

Wait, I stand corrected.. I had read your original post and I laughed too...

My bad. I did not.

I'm too conditioned to having to decipher barely coherent ramblings. I should keep in mind that occasional clarity (and even wit) are still possible!

oh I will - how insecure must your NDP self be to dredge up a month old story in an attempt to score points... based upon an insignificant comment from an individual who has never held elected office, who stands no chance, none whatsoever, in gaining leadership. Yes, your humour shines through; runs strong, runs deep!

I choose to make a joke of it.

You have chosen to take it seriously, and ironically mimick Kinsellas harshly worded talking points.

what NDP calendar are you using? In what world does, "Published: Monday, 08/27/2012 12:00 am EDT" equate to September?

my initial reply to you was nothing more than lining up around your supposed OP humour - you know, where I mocked you for recently (like a couple of weeks ago) highlighting you no longer follow Kinsella... yet, somehow, per your OP, you just can't seem to break the Kinsella habit!

like I said/asked, was your second follow-up post equally humourous? That's the one I really replied to... that we're now carrying a discussion from/forth.

Sorry, I only remembered the Kinsella comments on Coyne, and since I came across this on another forum, I included both the links as they had appeared, and added my own brand of humour to it.

From the follow up post..

which obviously you didn't find humourous as nothing in this thread has been humourous to you.....

Again, A thread about nothing...
