Harper vs Conservatives or PCs?

It seems there are Conservatives and formers PC's are coming out on some of the things Harper is trying to do, especially with this last budget bill, which has little to do with the budget. I guess if you're an CPC MP from Atlantic Canada you'd have to come out in support of people defrauding the EI system just to get elected.

As for the environmental issue. I doubt it's something that would cause the party to split. Remember how the Carbon Tax was treated when it was put forward as an election platform?

I have it on good authority that the Queen took Harper out to the woodshed for a little talk a few days ago and we can expect him to be more well behaved in the future.
