Since somewhere between 95% and 100% of people keep their uncapped toothbrushes in the bathroom, it would appear the risk of "fecal mist contamination" is not a serious issue. The tap water in there is unlikely to give you e. coli.

Is fecal mist basically a really stinky fart?

The beatings will continue until morale improves!!!

Have anyone know anyone who has reverse osmosis hooked up to their water supply? Apparently is the best water you can drink and IF this is true then perhaps all new construction should have them in the houses. It would save people from money bottled water and it would save the landfills. Thoughts? Here's just one company selling them http://www.aquasafecanada.com/store/home-reverse-osmosis-systems
