As I pointed out in the other thread, there are often discrepancies between eye witness accounts and the reality.

The problem is not what the Afghan civilians saw, its more of what Taliban sources are saying happened as in Afghanistan they do not have access to many sources of information and the Taliban are pretty good at twisting and outright lying about the events.

Oh, I don't doubt that for a minute about the Taliban.
