August1991 Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 NDP 56, CPC 7, Lib 6, Bloc 4 in Quebec. Unbelievable. Trudeau is leading. Quote
Ottawavalleyboy Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 Happy to see the Bloc getting pounded, if nothing else comes from this election let it be the destruction of a seperatist party. Quote
August1991 Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 Duceppe and Ignatieff apparently will both lose their seats tonight. I bet they also both resign. Quote

blueblood Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 Just in from watching hockey. We have the cpc at 151 ndp at 100 with 285/308 whatever that means. How much is left. August1991 Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 Another striking fact is the number of women elected. The NDP caucus may have a majority of women. Quote
Bonam Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 Looks like we have a small tory majority with a strong NDP opposition. An excellent result in my opinion. Quote

Slim MacSquinty Posted May 3, 2011 Report Posted May 3, 2011 There are 308 Seats, 285 reporting. It looks like we're going to have a Conservative majority, weak but that's OK. For the many Harper haters, think of it this way, its like brussel sprouts, your Mother made you eat them, you hated them, but they're good for you, just like a conservative government. Thanks Ontario! Quote
