scouterjim Posted February 19, 2011 Report Posted February 19, 2011 Came across this on another site. It is the flag of "The Tea Party". Note the tea pot and rattlesnake. Does this mean they are a bunch of venomous old tea grannies? http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1075/5151887705_38eab0b451.jpg Quote I have captured the rare duct taped platypus.

The "don't tread on me" and rattlesnake was used during the American revolution. scouterjim Posted February 21, 2011 Author Report Posted February 21, 2011 I am fully aware of the historical significance of the flag. It is the addition of a tea pot I find funny. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the "Tea Party" resurrected it, since many of its members were probably at the original 1773 "Boston Tea Party".
