betsy Posted August 22, 2011 Author Report Posted August 22, 2011 The question would cease to be asked if you actually answered it. Where are the trilobites, betsy? Why don't you explain your point? C'mon, let's hear it! Then we'll take it from there to see if it's worth responding to. Quote
g_bambino Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 (edited) Why don't you explain your point? That's not the answer to the question. The more you avoid answering it, the more it appears you've got something to hide; possibly that you don't have an answer. I believe the question's been put to you nearly a dozen times in this thread. Where are the trilobites, betsy? [+] Edited August 22, 2011 by g_bambino Quote

The Wit of Dr. Craig - Part 22 "The Repetitive Atheist" Only an athesist is interested in atheism. True believers don`t bother with infidels, They let God sort it out - In the end none of this stuff will matter and God through the hand of nature will put things in order - as it is said ...it rains on the evil as well as the good...For the record - God is not interested in a battle between good and evil - The all mighty created both - and controls both - It`s up to us to keep it simple..with one question regarding human actions. Does this action generate life or does it contribute and generate death....question mark ( I wish that Spanish woman would stop messing with my language settings) - anyway our duty as life forms is not not die...or rush death along - the wages of sinister behavour are death - that`s logic - The rest is religious acedemia. cybercoma Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 The more I read these threads, the more I believe that the inherent problem is not Christians, Muslims or Jews. They're just people and I believe that just about all people are good. The inherent problem here is faith. Having faith in something is believing unwaveringly without any supporting evidence. Imagine for a second if a doctor or a politician operated on faith. Rightfully, you would have absolutely no respect for their faith. Faith-healers deserve the utmost condemnation and likewise with a politician that makes decisions on faith, even if all the evidence shows that it was a horrible decision. Hitchens said, "there are no atheist martyrs." Well there are Muslim terrorists, but it's not that they are Muslim that makes them terrorists. Islam is the religion of Peace. It's that religion fosters the idea that faith deserves respect. It doesn't and faith should be condemned at every opportunity. Quote
