So to be consistent with your rules for defining racism.

A brown man from Trinidad calling a brown man from Pakistan a towelhead is not being racist.

A white man from Canada calling a brown man from Pakistan is racist.

A white man from Canada calling an white man from England a limey is not being racist.

A brown man from Trinidad calling a white man from England a limey is being racist.

Is that accurate or have I misunderstood something about your definition of racism?

No under his definition the last one wouldn't be racist because the offending party isn't white.

Here is another thing I don't understand.

You quote:

Racism requires the "belief" that racial differences give one superiority over the others."

Yet, you also state that if I ask someone where they are from based on their accent, that I am racist.

How exactly does asking someone where they are from, imply that I believe that I am superior over others?

Please explain. You seem to be the foremost authority on racism, and I am having trouble keeping up with the lesson.

For instance, take the following conversation as an example:

Keystone: Hey, where are you from? (to a cab driver with a thick accent).

Cab driver: None of your business, you stupid wop.

In that example, Keystone would be the racist, correct?

You can deny the definition all you want. Your opinion means nothing. And if you want you can find another term for it but it is not racism.

Now the term you could be looking for is ethnicism

my term  that was the UN's definition...racism is has come to be general term for all prejudice ethnic, religious, colour, nationality because race does not exist as your definition pointed out, it's a "belief" not a biological classification...and I'll repeat again since it's a difficult thing for you to comprehend...there is no such classification as RACE, we are all the same specie, we all came out of africa, we are all family... unless the cabdriver wasn't a wop, then keystone would just be in error... :D Edited by wyly

You are still wrong about brown people. East Asians and Africans are different races so in this example it would still be racist. The definition describes racist, not just different colours of people's skin.

you must have a learning disability ...race is a sociological invention it is not biological validity, THERE ARE NO RACES!...race is social and cultural label that has no scientific consensus or supporting data...

you try to hide racist views behind verbal definitions and refusal to address the absolute fallacy of your scientific claims...debating with you is like debating with a holocaust denier who willfully ignores reality to further their own racial beliefs, like the nazi's and their racial claims you also attempt hide behind non existent science to back up racist claims...by consistently perpetuating the race claim you become a racist...

Social construct or not it exists every bit as much a homeless people do and we have to deal with its implications. Racism exists.

CR isn't intelligent enough to understand that the majority of Trinidad's population is of South Asian descent; he thinks everyone in the Caribbean came from sub-Saharan Africa.

it exists because you want it to...you insisting that it does only serves to perpetuate racism...if you want to stop racism stop perpetuating the lie that it exists as biological fact...

there are only differences in superficial morphology, we are biologically all the same...

So are you saying that if C.R stops prepetuating the lie that race is merely superficial morphology, that racism will end?

Not sure where the Africans are in this example, but anyways...

So, you agree that if a brown man from Trinidad calls a white man from England a limey, he is a racist?

He is making a racist statement. Whether or not it is based on his belief that race is a determinant would be subject to further examination.

"Acknowledge your white privilege... or I'm-a knock you out, bitch!"

A prominent Columbia architecture professor punched a female university employee in the face at a Harlem bar during a heated argument about race relations, cops said yesterday.

Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges.

McIntyre and Davis, who works as a production manager in the school's theater department, are both regulars at Toast, a popular university bar on Broadway and 125th Street, sources said.

The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about "white privilege" with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white, Friday night at 10:30 when fists started flying, patrons said.

McIntyre, who is known as "Mac" at the bar, shoved Davis, and when the other patron and a bar employee tried to break it up, the prof slugged Davis in the face, witnesses said.

"The punch was so loud, the kitchen workers in the back heard it over all the noise," bar back Richie Velez, 28, told The Post. "I was on my way over when he punched Camille and she fell on top of me."

(...)

"It was a very unfortunate event," he said afterwards. "I didn't mean for it to explode the way it did."

"I was cleaning it and it went off..."

As you would expect, the hand of justice was swift and harsh, as Mr McIntyre was sentenced to 3 days of community service and a $50 fine.

It is Natives and visable minorities who have a sense of entitlement not whites.

Progressive thought from the 1960's and on has made the white person feel guilty for even being white. White people are mean't to be ashamed of their heritage instead of proud of being white.

Only non whites can publicly proclaim pride in their heritage. Anything having to do with being a white, English speaking, heterosexual, Christian man is forbidden by the thought police.

Where is white history month? Surely white people have done as much to build up this continent as the blacks have.

Look at Australia.. England sends a bunch of convicts there and they create a thriving country.

We've thrown more then a trillion dollars at Africa and they still cannot get it together.

We've given the Natives Billions of dollars and they're still largely drunks and drug addicts who can barely tie their own shoes. Some of the smart ones have built casinos to make their own money but they are few and far between.

Of course, you know that most of history has been written from a Caucasian male,Eurocentric point of view...

On that note, which month, year, decade,or,century would like Mr. Falange?

Most of history as taught in countries populated primarily by Caucasians of European origin, you mean. Which makes sense, knowing your own history and all. Try learning history in China for example, it centric on some very different things. Learn history in Canada and you will get a heavy focus on Canadian history, learn it in the US and the focus will be on American history... I see nothing wrong with this.

To say that all written history is somehow inherently Eurocentric is ignorant, there are plenty of other civilizations which have their own rich, recorded, histories. And the information in those histories is available online to anyone who cares to read it.

The history that is taught in North America is from a predominanlty male and Eurocentric point of view.

That's a striaght up fact, unless one wants to learn about different histories on their own by taking the intiatative to do so....

Fine, that may be true. BUT...(as much as I'm loathe to say it)...disprove (almost) anything Mr. Canada said.

(Mr. Canada - "loathe" means "I really, really don't want to cause it makes me feel icky". Just thought I'd clarify.)

Surely you are not serious.

You take bigoted generalizations about entire populations as truths?

Mr. Canada's comments aren't worthy of rebuttal. Nothing but silly rhetoric at times racist.
