bush_cheney2004
Nah, he's too much of a liberal wuss to make such a tough decision costing the death of a city full of people. He's much better at making decisions costing trillions of dollars. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. Let me explain my reasoning, as it is based on the contrasting rhetoric and actions of Mr. Obama to date. He has consistently grown to embrace the duties and power of the office over personal conviction. Many of the previous administration's policies have been adopted and even strengthened, much to the dismay of lefty loos. In such a DPRK nuclear attack scenario, the president would be faced with an overwhelming protocol designed to respond in-kind, plus the strategic decision to make another regime change. In other words, never let a great disaster go to waste (Hillary Clinton).

DogOnPorch
Haven't you heard? "WMD" is just more American propaganda....and it's not so bad to die like a sprayed roach! The Soviets kept-up an aggressive inoculation program against smallpox even after the WHO said it was a non-issue. Shoulda been a clue, I suppose. Anyways, hardly anyone else is inoculated these days...plus it's a roll of the dice for those inoculated as a child as that is often a long time ago. I hear you...it's still out there in quantity. Glad I was born before Elvis' first hit..."That's Allright Mama"...a long time ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIWlWA1YTBw
