Speaking about the Uganda bombings, the president said, “What you’ve seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself. They see it as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains.” {snip} “Additionally, U.S. intelligence has indicated that al Qaeda leadership specifically targets and recruits black Africans to become suicide bombers because they believe that poor economic and social conditions make them more susceptible to recruitment than Arabs,” the official said. “Al Qaeda recruits have said that al Qaeda is racist against black members from West Africa because they are only used in lower level operations.” WOW now that's what I call lefty propagandizing, with all the grace of a multicultural wild boar, Comrade BO and his merry band of Bolsheviks, are bound to get serious now... being pro black anti-white racists, they'll get into gear quickly on this issue... what they're killing sweet, peacable, intelligent, noble SubSaharan africans!? load up the NImitz boys we're (I mean you're) going in! GostHacked Posted July 15, 2010 Report Posted July 15, 2010 Are you saying it's not possible for blacks to be racist against other blacks? Al Queda has been known for a long time to eventually start operations in Africa. This is according to some in the US military/Pentagon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Pentagon%27s_New_Map It's quite the read actually. Quote

GostHacked Posted July 15, 2010 Report Posted July 15, 2010 (edited) no i'm saying obama sees everything through the prism of race... But you also said : and so do I... but howcomes no lefty liberal likes me though or makes excuses for me? Maybe it's because you are not a lefty liberal. And it seems that he is talking how Al Queda looks at race. He is kind of paraphrasing in words what Al Queda is doing in practice. Edited July 15, 2010 by GostHacked Quote
kimmy Posted July 16, 2010 Report Posted July 16, 2010 (edited) What you’ve seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself. Really, do terrorists think that anybody's life is valuable in and of itself? This sounds like such a stupid argument to make... and it would be if the audience was North America. But the audience to which he was speaking might be more inclined to see Al Qaeda as America's problem, not their own. There might even be Africans who think along the lines of Malik Zulu Shabazz, who sees Osama Bin Laden as a brother-man, repzentin' for the brown man and standing up to Whitey. If Obama can convince east Africans that Muslim extremists aren't their friends, good for him. -k Edited July 16, 2010 by kimmy Quote (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ Friendly forum facilitator! ┬──┬◡ノ(° -°ノ)

The justice that will be meted out on these Islamofascists will be far more barbaric than anything Mr.Obama could dream up... Sub-Saharan Africa is on the front lines, when it comes to dealing with these Islamofascist thugs.Innocent people who had nothing to do with whatever fight these extremists have were killed in Kampala, just as they were in Dar-Es-Salaam and Nairobi. Most people don't talk about this because it gets little coverage but the increasing creeping Southward of Islam is beginning to run into resistance in more populated areas of Africa. It was fine when it was finding converts in the Sahara. It's a far different issue getting into African countries that have no history of Islam at all,and are much more populated(and educated). Most have adopted either Catholic or Protestant arms of Christianity, and in rural areas, have held onto alot of the pagan rituals. If you look at a map of Africa and look at where Islam has reached Southward,it's beginning to come into conflict with more people who are not interested in converting... GostHacked Posted July 16, 2010 Report Posted July 16, 2010 (edited) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Zimbabwe Great Zimbabwe is a ruined city that was once the capital of the Kingdom of Zimbabwe, which existed from 1270 to 1550 CE during the country’s Late Iron Age. The monument, which first began to be constructed in the 11th century and which continued to be built till the 14th century, spanned an area of 722 hectares (1,784 acres) and at its peak could have housed up to 18,000 people. Great Zimbabwe acted as a royal palace for the Zimbabwean monarch and would have been used as the seat of their political power. One of its most prominent features were its walls, some of which were over five metres high and which were constructed without mortar. That's quite impressive to me. Some of it still stands today. It's about as equally impressive to me as the Egyptian Pyramids. This was also over 500 years ago. Woah .. took about 300 years to build. Again very impressive. As impressive, yes, and for some of the same reasons. Those remaining walls do not contain mortar, and are still standing after 500 years. There is no mortar between the blocks in the Egyptian pyramids. You gotta look at it from a engineering /construction/ archeological views to see how impressive it is. Way off your main topic now. But whatever. Quote

Shady Posted July 18, 2010 Report Posted July 18, 2010 I think it's pathetically hilarious that the thing that REALLY makes Obama mad about Al Qaeda is they might be racist! That's just too much for him to take. The murder, the beheadings, the misogyny, the anti-semetism, etc, etc. That was all bad. But THIS is just over-the-top! I think it's safe to say that Obama's a flat-out racist. His whole world revolves around race. He sees every issue through it. It encompasses him. He's obsessed. Quote
