I hate going into that city. The NDP government is too scared to do anything productive when it comes to crime. Quote

Skateparks attract hoodlums, but they're generally agreeable hoodlums. I think it's because they've hit their heads so many times while skateboarding--they're sort of lobotomized. But I'd say you're rather a delicate flower if going to downtown Winnipeg sets your heart a-flutter.
